HORRIBLE BOSSES Director Eyes UNCHARTED

Filmmaker also adds Lewis Carroll biopic to future slate…

Seth Gordon (‘Horrible Bosses,’ ‘Identity Thief,’ ‘The King of Kong’) is said to be in talks to take the director’s chair for Sony’s big screen adaptation of ‘Uncharted.’

Created and developed by Naughty Dog, the ‘Uncharted’ series follows treasure hunter Nathan “Nate” Drake, a descendant of explorer Sir Francis Drake, as he travels around the world to uncover various historical mysteries.

A live-action adaptation of the top-selling franchise has been in development for a number of years and has had several prominent filmmakers involved over the years, including ‘American Hustle’ helmer David O Russell, and more recently Neil Burger (‘Limitless’).

In related news, Gordon has closed a deal to direct the Lewis Carroll biopic ‘Queen Of Hearts.’ Penned by first time scribe Stephanie Shannon, the Black List script is inspired by true events and tells of how a failed love affair inspires a brokenhearted Lewis Carroll to craft his most famous story, ‘Alice In Wonderland.’
