ScreenDaily has learned that ‘The Guard’ and ‘Calvary’ John Michael McDonagh’s next, the action-comedy ‘War on Everyone,’ is set to star Garrett Hedlund and Michael Pena.
The film follows “two corrupt cops in New Mexico who set out to blackmail and frame every criminal unfortunate enough to cross their path. Things take a sinister turn, however, when they try to intimidate an outlaw who is more dangerous than they are.”
Cameras are expected to roll in New Mexico, March 2015, with Chris Clark and Flora Fernandez Marengo of Reprisal Films producing.
