Paltrow to play Marlene Dietrich in TV movie
Gwyneth Paltrow is in talks to portray Marlene Dietrich in an upcoming TV movie.
Based on a biography by Dietrich’s own daughter Maria Riva, the two part film will cover Dietrich’s early career in Germany all the way to her Hollywood success.
It is not yet known who will play Dietrich’s lover Jean Gabin, but he is said to be a major French star.
The movie will reportedly begin filming early next year.
