Alex Gonzales has been confirmed for Matthew Vaughn’s X-Men: First Class.
SlashFilm report that the actor will play the villainous mutant Riptide in the Marvel Comics project.
Riptide first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #211 in 1986. The character has the ability to spin his body at an incredibly fast rate and is a known accomplice of the evil Mister Sinister.
James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Kevin Bacon and January Jones have all been confirmed for the movie.
