English actress to co-star with Timberlake and Affleck.
Brad Furman (‘Cry Macho,’ ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’) has cast Gemma Arterton (‘Byzantium,’ ‘Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters’) opposite Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake in ‘Runner, Runner,’ a dramatic thriller set in the world of online gambling.
The film sees Timberlake playing “a Princeton student cheated out of his tuition money playing online poker who ends up the right-hand man of the site’s corrupt boss (Affleck).
Variety says that Arterton will be playing Timberlake’s love interest.Principal photography is slated to begin in June in Puerto Rico.
