Andrew Garfield talks Spider-Man reboot

Andrew Garfield has revealed details about his role in the upcoming Spider-Man reboot.

Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, the actor described his casting as Spider-Man in the upcoming reboot as “the stuff that dreams are made of”

“I feel like I’ve been preparing for it for a while,” he said. “Ever since Halloween when I was 4-years-old and I wore my first Spider-Man costume.”

The actor stated that the superhero touches the lives of so many boys because he seeks to right the world’s injustices.

He explained: “Like every young boy who feels stronger on the inside than they look on the outside, any skinny boy basically who wishes their muscles matched their sense of injustice, God, it’s just the stuff that dreams are made of, for sure.”

The Spider-Man reboot will debut in cinemas in 2012.
