See new thriller Donkey Punch, first and for free!
Next up in our exciting line-up of free screenings is a movie that’s been the talk of the Sundance Film Festival.’Donkey Punch’ opens in Irish cinemas on July 18th but we’re holding a special advance screening on Monday July 7th.
The screening is an evening screening (6.30pm) and will take place in Dublin’s city centre.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS
Three girls holidaying in Mallorca meet four British boys and end up completely isolated on the high seas. Music, a luxury yacht, champagne- it’s every young revellers dream. The party kicks off, the drugs are dished out and the group inevitably couple off. When some of the group take raunchy games too far, a violent confrontation results in an accidental death. The fantasy rapidly descends into a nightmare of violence, paranoia and a frantic fight for survival. Friendships are tested and just when they think it can’t get any worse, it does.
Introducing a Brit pack of brilliant young actors, Donkey Punch sees first time director Olly Blackburn and co-writer David Bloom introduce a new kind of real-world thriller. Complete with all the classic ingredients of a psychological nail biter, Donkey Punch will hit hard because so much of it will ring true. Raw, uncomfortable and ominous from the opening shot, the characters that we travel with on this gripping 24 hour roller coaster will be recognisable to all.
Warp Records will release the soundtrack on July 14th TBC – featured artists include: Knife, Plaid, Bloc Party, Peter Bjorn & John, Nightmares on Wax, Justice, & M83.
