Frank Langella to Star Alongside Wes Bentley in THE TIME BEING

Indie drama lands cast.

Deadline reports that first time director Nenad Cicin-Sain has cast Frank Langella (‘Frost/Nixon’) and Wes Bentley (‘The Hunger Games,’ ‘American Beauty’) in his indie drama ‘The Time Being.’ They will be joined by Sarah Paulson (‘Martha, Marcy, May Marlene’), Corey Stoll (‘Midnight In Paris’) and Ahna O’Reilly (‘The Help’).

Out of cash and a bit desperate, struggling artist Daniel (Bentley) accepts a series of bizarre commissions from Warner (Langella), a dying, eccentric millionaire who may not be what he seems. But Daniel can’t quite ascertain whether his new “mentor” is a monster who is intent on destroying Daniel’s life and marriage, or a saviour who will teach him the true meaning of art.

Cicin-Sain co-wrote the screenplay with screenwriter Richard Gladstein (‘Paper Man’), who is also serving as producer. Langella is coming off strong reviews for his turn in Jake Schreier’s drama ‘Robot and Frank.’
