At 59 Bill Nighy has never been busier - starring in the third film in the vampire franchise Underworld Rise of the Lycans, working on G-Force and voicing a character in the upcoming Astroboy.
For his latest film - The Boat that Rocked - the British legend re-teams with Richard Curtis (Love Actually) to tell the true tale of pirate road in swining ‘60s Britain.
Paul Byrne met up with the Radio Four actor to talk method acting, Keith Richards and his own upcoming 60th:
