Roll out the red carpet – the big day is finally here. No, we don’t mean Barack’s inauguration, we’re talking Oscars!
Yes, it’s Oscar morning – with the nominations due to be made later today. Unveiling the nominations in 10 of the 24 award categories will be Academy president Sid Ganis and Oscar winning actor Forest Whitaker at a news conference in the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater, Beverly Hills, where hundreds of media representatives from around the world will be gathered.
