Comedic thriller adds another.
Ed Helms (‘The Hangover’) has signed up to co-star with Patrick Wilson (‘Insidious’) and Chris Pine (‘Star Trek Into Darkness’) in the ‘Stretch,’ reports Variety.
As previously reported, the comedic thriller follows “a down-on-his-luck chauffeur, played by Wilson, looking to relieve his debt by driving around a mysterious billionaire who drags him to hell and back.”
The trade is hearing that Helms will play Wilson’s limo driver colleague. The role of the billionaire has yet to be cast.
Joe Carnahan is attached to direct the low-budget movie with Jason Blum producing on board to produce through his Blumhouse Pictures banner.
