Johnny Depp debunks casting rumours for Dark Knight sequel.
Johnny Depp has debunked rumours that he will play the Riddler in the sequel to Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight.
Despite the fact no names (cast or crew) have been given for the pic, Depp’s name has been circulating the web since the release of the Dark Knight last July.
In a recent radio interview, Depp had this to say of the casting rumour:
Q:Hey Johnny, a listener called in earlier said you have to ask about the rumors on the internet of you doing the Riddler.
Johnny Depp: Oh yeah, I heard about that. Not that I know of.
Q:You’d be a good choice.
Johnny Depp: It seems like it’d be a fun gig for a while, yeah.
