Risky Business actress Rebecca De Mornay will lead the remake of cult 1980 horror film Mother’s Day.
De Mornay joins a cast that includes Jamie King, Shawn Ashmore, Briana Evigan and Deborah Ann Woll.
Based on the 1980 cult favourite, the film centres on three female
friends who encounter two brothers trying to impress their unhinged
mother by going on a killing spree.
Filming starts next week in Winnipeg, reports Variety.
