Was a huge fan of the original so it has alot to live up to. Been waiting so long for this to come out. Finally it’s nearly here filmbuff2011 I’m curious about this new version. I imagine that it won’t feature the book’s most notorious scene, as it’s unfilmable anyway. I’m also curious to see if Tim Curry’s performance can be topped. What does surprise me is that the adult-set second part hasn’t been shot yet. It all depends on box office for this first half. So, if it doesn’t do well enough then audiences will be left with a half a film? Hmm… Let’s hope that doesn’t happen.
