THE DRUMMER & THE KEEPER tells the story of Gabriel, a rock’n’roll party animal newly-diagnosed with mental health issues, and Christopher, a 17-year-old goalkeeper with Asperger Syndrome who yearns to fit in. When the young drummer is prescribed a weekly dose of therapeutic football, he’s forced into the company of the isolated Christopher who’s determined to make friends with the anarchic new arrival – whether Gabriel likes it or not. It’s a meeting that will change both their lives.
