The British actor previously worked with Lee’s on 2006s crime-thriller ‘Inside Man.’ Another possible addition to the cast would be Mia Wasikowska. Word has emerged that ‘The Kids Are All Right’ actress has been offered the role of Marie, the female lead, the role previously linked to Rooney Mara (‘The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’). The gritty thriller stars Josh Brolin as a man who is kidnapped on his daughter’s birthday and held for 15 years in solitary confinement without explanation. Upon his release, he goes on a revenge-fuelled mission to seek out his captor. He soon finds out that his kidnapper has plans for him more tortuous than solitary confinement.
