Christian Slater and More Join Untitled StalloneHill Project

Untitled Stallone/Hill action-thriller lands three more.

Director Walter Hill (’48 Hours,’ ‘The Warriors’) has cast Christian Slater (‘Breaking In’), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (‘GI Joe,’ ‘Lost’) and Holt McCallany (‘Lights Out’) for his untitled action-thriller starring Sylvester Stallone, according to Variety.

Formerly known as ‘Headshot,’ the movie stars Stallone as a New Orleans hitman who teams with a New York City cop (Sung Kang) to bring down the killers of their respective partners.

Slater will take the role of a local handler who acts as a middleman, while Akinnuoye-Agbaje is set to play the movie’s main villain, a powerful attorney who’s trying to cover up his scam to exploit poor neighborhoods that have been ravaged by Hurricane Katrina. McCallany will play a dirty cop.

Jason Momoa (‘Conan the Barbarian,’ ‘Game of Thrones’), and Sarah Shahi (‘Fairly Legal’) also co-star. The screenplay was penned by Alessandro Camon (‘The Messenger’) and adapted from the graphic novel ‘Bullet to the Head’ by Matz and Colin Wilson.
