Actor-turned-screenwriter Taylor Sheridan, who most recently made his feature directorial debut on ‘Wind River,’ has selected his next project, the action thriller ‘Fast,’ and has his eyes on Chris Pratt for the lead.
The thriller is said to centre on a former Special Forces commando (Pratt), who is recruited by the DEA to lead a black ops strike team targeting drug dealers who are protected by the CIA.
With ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’ and the comic adaptation ‘Cowboy Ninja Viking’ both in limbo, Pratt has an open slot in his schedule, and according to Variety, has already met with Sheridan about the project.
