“We Got One!” Sony and director Paul Feig have announced, via Twitter, that ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ star Chris Hemsworth has been tapped to play the receptionist in the upcoming reboot of ‘Ghostbusters.’

A reboot of Ivan Reitman’s classic supernatural action-comedy, the female-driven flick stars Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones, and Kate McKinnon as the titular spirit-exterminators, who fearlessly take on the otherworldly evil infiltrating New York City.
Principal photography is expected to kick off soon with Feig working from a script he co-wrote with Katie Dippold (‘Parks and Recreation,’ ‘The Heat’).
