Superbad’s Cera shoots docu-comedy ‘Paper Hearts’
Arrested Development star Michael Cera has reportedly finished work on docu-comedy “Paper Hearts”.
The semi-secret movie revolves around Cera’s real-life relationship with Knocked Up actress Charlyne Yi. It is believed to be thematically similar to Cera’s Nick And Nora’s Infinite Playlist.
The movie is expected to premiere at next year’s Sundance Film Festival.
“It’s pretty much ‘the one’, at least as far as festival programmers are concerned,” said a source.
Nicholas Jasenovec, who worked with Cera on Superbad, is directing the feature.
