Actress may join Redford and LaBeouf for political thriller.
Variety reports that indie actress Brit Marling is in negotiations to take the female lead in the Robert Redford-directed political thriller ‘The Company You Keep.’
Along with directing, Redford plays a former militant wanted by the FBI who must go on the run when his true identity is exposed by an ambitious young reporter, played by Shia LaBeouf. Nick Nolte is also attached to star.
The script was penned by Lem Dobbs (‘The Limey,’ ‘Dark City’) and adapted from the 2003 novel by Neil Gordon.
