Brendan Gleeson & Taylor Kitsch to Star in THE GRAND SEDUCTION

Duo board ensemble cast.

Brendan Gleeson and Taylor Kitsch have joined the ensemble cast of Don McKellar’s ‘The Grand Seduction,’ an English language remake of the 2003 Quebec hit ‘Le Grande Séduction.’

Co-written by Ken Scott and Michael Dowse (‘Goon’) the indie centres on a tiny fishing village which is in dire need of a doctor so that it can land a contract to secure a new factory. Kitsch will be playing the young doctor who is lured by the local residents. Gleeson will portray a resident of the village.

Liane Balaban and veteran Canadian actors Mary Walsh, Cathy Jones and Gordon Pinsent are set to co-star with production kicking off this week in St John’s, Newfoundland.
