Variety reports that Brad Pitt is in negotiations for the lead in James Gray’s upcoming thriller ‘The Gray Man.’
An adaptation Mark Greaney’s 2009 novel of the same name, the story centers on a former CIA operative-turned-assassin who suddenly finds himself on the run through Europe as mysterious forces try to take him out.
If a deal is made, Pitt would move on to ‘The Gray Man’ after he wraps up on the zombie epic ‘World War Z.’
