According to IGN, Christopher Nolan is the only screenwriter attached to the next Batman movie.
All studios and guild members are required to submit work lists to the guilds of the projects that they are on and according to the site Warner Bros. Have listed Christopher Nolan as the sole screenwriter on Batman 3 with no mention of The Dark Knight’s Jonathan Nolan or David Goyer.
In related news, Batman-on-Film says it has heard from three separate sources that “Nolan’s recent deal with Warner Bros. for the film Inception, at least includes an agreement between the studio and the acclaimed director to helm his second sequel to Batman Begins.”
