Darren Aronofsky to PREACHer?
Darren Aronofsky has talks to direct an adaptation of comic book series Preacher.
Created by Garth Ennis, Preacher was first published back in 1995 as part of the DC Comics mature imprint Vertigo.
The series focuses on a Texan preacher who is possessed by a powerful demon and must travel across America to find God as a result.
Aronofsky was recently shortlist for producer Christopher Nolan’s reboot of the Superman film series.
Preacher is scheduled to begin production in 2011.
