Amanda Seyfried Eyes A MILLION WAYS TO DIE IN THE WEST

Actress circling role in Western comedy.

THR is reporting that Amanda Seyfried, who is currently on our screens with ‘Les Misérables,’ has entered into negotiations for a role in Seth MacFarlane’s ‘A Million Ways to Die in the West.’

MacFarlane’s follow-up to the smash hit ‘Ted,’ ‘A Million Ways to Die in the West’ follows “a sheepish farmer who chickens out of a gunfight and sees his girlfriend leave him. When he meets a notorious outlaw’s wife who offers to teach him how to shoot, the farmer sees a chance to win back his love.”

Seyfried is said to be eyeing the role of the deserting girlfriend. The actress would be joining Charlize Theron and MacFarlane, who is starring in, directing and co-writing.

Production is scheduled for Scott Stuber and MacFarlane producing.
