This looks mental. Didn't hate this trailer, think it looks like a pretty intense horror film. That being said, knowing it's an Evil Dead remake kind of ruins it a bit. Doesn't look at all as good as Raimi's film

I loved the original Evil Dead Trilogy and I was intrigued yet sceptical when I heard that they were doing a remake. Judging by that trailer they are going for a straight up shock horror with buckets of gore but it does look quite creepy which is a good thing. Hopefully it won't be as bad as everybody expects it to be.

I don't expect it to live up to Evil Dead feelings.
The scene with the eye and tongue splittage made me icky feeling.

Don't get why they couldn't give it another name though? And tweak it somewhat, so it was a completely new franchise? Guess this is why I'm not in Marketing.
